3 series

Me approaching 3 series in few month..... kinda nervous n terrified thinking any probabilities might faced in early 30's....I'm actually can feel the declining of body metabolism myself.... that's a huge issue for me coz it may lead to adnorminal obesity.... in fact by now my BMI reading freaking me like hell..... I'm fat n overweight n that's totally frightened me ....... takut sgnt memikirkan serious disease or penyakit berangkai that easily attack women above 30 such as kidney problem, high blood pressure, diabetic, heart disease n also cancer..... takuttttt wokeh..... i just undergo BP n Sugar test..... alhamdulilah the result is good .... my BP 100/70 n my sugar level is only 4.3.....so far so good but who knows in future...should prepare mentally n physically....




actually this entry is to persuade @ bodek Mr. Hubby membelikan n mendaftarkan all those things below....things n items that i really need for my health n beauty regime....*wink* *wink*.... plzzzzzz dear....... *ngeh...ngeh....ngeh*

need to work out very badly..... had fickle minded to choose the fitness centre... eyeing on Fitness Zone n NGR Fitness Centre @ sec.7 shah alam..... but not Fitness First that will cost me the bomb....

my BIG mission........

Adam will turns 3 yrs old in 2 weeks time ....so I've big mission for him.... Adam have to 2 wean off when he reach 3..... kinda difficult for me since Adam dislike bottle feed n formula milk.... so how he gonna survive the weaning process..... arggghhhhhhh.....




i won't face any problem during day time.... he could drink anything....plain water, yogurt drink, fresh milk etc using sip pie cup..... but during bedtime he only want latch to my b**bs.....then baru bole doze off..... goshhhhhh....




I've tried so hard to wean off this lil' boy.... dh guna kopi bagi rasa pahit but dia bole merengek2 suruh i basuh my b**bs.... pas tu letak pulak asam jawa coz dia tak suke menda2 masam nih...... dia amik kain pastu basahkan n lap..... eeeiiiiii...kadang2 nk tergelak gaks..... tapi lpas tu rasa kesian sgnt..... mmg tak sampai ati especially midnight.... Adam sanggup x tido selagi tak dapat mimik.....
camne nak buat nihhhhh.....





but I've to forced myself n stopped bf Adam..... in fact dah bf almost 3 years n should stop by now..... yesss i have to find other alternatives to make sure he'll totally wean off.....





by the way now Adam is on potty training.....n so far he's doing quite well..... managed to be diaper less during day time.... i always checking on him every two hours...... Adam n g toilet tak??? n alhamdulilah..... the potty training isn't difficult as weaning him off from bf..... hopefully he managed to wean off soon........ it's a common childhood transitions that I've to cope up.... it won't be easy but insyallah i can do it.......
