let's put a side all the sorrow..... n celebrate the excitement.... yes Man United is coming over to Malaysia this July, 18.... the moment we (the die hard fan)waiting for..... The most popular football club on the planet will be here for friendly match with Malaysia National team @ Stadium Nasional, Bukit Jalil.... n the ticket range from RM 50 - RM 90... very affordable.... insya allah we'll be there as this will be one of hubby's birthday wish list.... n i'll fulfill his desire.....

biarpun saya yakin mama tidak akan membaca blog ini, namun saya pasti dia akan merasai kekesalan yg teramat sgt dari hati seorg anak......



MAAFKAN SAYA MAMA......



saya akui semenjak bergelar isteri 7 tahun yg lalu saya sering mengecewakan mama dari hal yg remeh-temeh hinggalah ke perkara yg besar2 .... acapkali saya megabaikan permintaanya.... hakikat nya saya tersepit ibarat "di telan mati emak diluah mati bapak"..... banyak hati yg perlu saya jaga.... banyak kemahuan yg perlu saya penuhi..... banyak pengorbanan yg perlu saya tempuhi..... hanya Allah Yang Maha Mengetahui.....



semenjak bergelar isteri ..... saya dan suami sgt berbeza dlm prinsip kekeluargaan .... bagi nya hanya keluarga rapat dan terdekat menjadi fokus nya sebaliknya bagi saya semua ahli keluarga sebelah mama, sebelah papa, sebelah mertua, sanak saudara serta sesiapa sahaja yg mempunyai pertalian darah adalah fokus saya.... jadi setiap aktiviti kekeluargaan yg melibatkan semua individu berkenaan seboleh2 nya ingin saya sertai... setiap kali Aidilfitri rumah mereka semua ingin saya kunjungi



tapi apakan daya.....



suami ialah seorg individualistik yg tidak berapa betah berada di rumah org untuk jangkamasa yg lama.... saya tidak menyalahkan nya malah cuba memahami nya memandangkan di rumah maknya (ibu mertua saya) pun dia tidak betah duduk lama2 apatah lagi tidur di sana..... suami sanggup berlari pulang ke rumah utk melepaskan hajat (buang air besar)... baginya dia lebih selesa di tandas sendiri, tidur di katil sendiri di bilik sendiri... semua urusan peribadi lebih selesa di lakukan di rumah sendiri....




hakikat inilah yg mendorong tindakan saya menghampakan banyak permintaan mama.... mama sering mengharapkan kami sekeluarga meluangkan masa di Klang Jaya (rumah mama) apabila sanak saudara bertandang ke rumah dan ini lah permintaannya yg sering kali gagal saya penuhi dek kerana ketidakbetahan suami, cuti yg berbeza (kami bercuti setiap hari Jumaat) dan selalunya mereka berkunjung ke rumah pada hujung minggu serta segala masalah domestik yg tidak dapat di elakkan....


saya tahu mama sering ditempelak oleh sanak saudara tentang kesibukan kami namun saya percaya semua nya tersimpan rapi di dalam hati mama, jarang sekali mama meluahkan ketidakpuasan hatinya tetapi sebagai anak saya bole membaca dari riak air muka mama..... sesungguh nya mama terluka dgn sikap kami.... yg sering mengabaikan permintaannya...


walaupun kerap mengecewakan mama..... tetapi mama tidak pernah berhenti menyokong perniagaan kami, sentiasa memberi sokongan yg padu dan mendoakan yg terbaik buat kami (anak yg selalu menghampakannya)..... jika semalam kami megecewakannya..... hari ini dia pasti muncul di cafe seolah-olah tiada apa yg berlaku walupun hati kecil nya pasti terasa dgn perlakuan kami... oh!!!! saya merasa sgt berdosa dgn mama.......


mama...... maafkan saya.... saya berjanji akan meluangkan lebih banyak masa dgn mama selepas ini.... sesunguhnya saya sgt bertuah mempunyai mama yg terbaik.... maafkan saya kerana gagal menjadi anak yg baik n sempurna kerana sering mengecilkan hati mama.....

- don't skip ur breakfast if ur want to reduce your weight efectively lecture Mr. Hubby day n nite.... reason wat camtuh coz nak soh i teman dier breakfast every morning.... cehhh... problem nyer kalo dier lepak mamak ker kopitiam ker coffee shop ker tak per gaks..... bole jugak i tibai toasted bread ker or steam hainan loaf...

nih tiap2 pagi lepak warung Kak Maznah..... pergggghhhhh....

bukan ape...... lemah semangat nak diet..... sure kantoi larh diet mendiet kalo kat saner.... sehari dua tak pe gaks ...nie taip2 hari mana bole tahan tgok suma org layan nasi lemak ..... sedap giler n.lemak kak maznah nih..... kecur air liur.... pastu perkena laks dgn paru goreng....wahhh lagi lerrr terangkat.... so insan2 yg berdiet toksoh eksyen nak dtg sini wat2 kebal..... gerenti terbabas nyer diet2 itew....tak caya meh try kt cni..... sure kalah nyer dgn godaan n.lemak nih.... lagi power dr n.lemak antarabangsa deiiii...... harus larh hancussss diet saya ....

- friday oh friday....... nih yg paling mak cik lomah nihhhh bila sampai ari jumaat... our offical off day.... usually ari jumaat nie hari gantung kuali, sudip, periuk belanga..... no cooking activity on that particular day.....

reason..... hubby will treats us with divine food as a weekly rewards setelah berhempas pulas kerja for the whole week ..... so haruslarh friday di namakan hari mentekadarah, melantak n mempulun makanan sampai tak ingat dunia...hehheeehhheeee... suka bukan tak suka.... we loved this makan2 activities .. tried n tested new n current food trends (hot n top selling item in town), explored our taste buds with diffent type of cuisine, enjoyed the ambience n many more..... ohhh we just love to pampered ourselves with divine foods......

- no 3 nie rase nyer antara penyumbang terbesar dlm kehancussssan diet program... my fil sgnt suka layan channel AFC n also program WARUNG KITA @ Astro Ria...... he's so passionate bout food n very knowledgeable tooo.... he loves to discuss bout how the food been prepared from scrap till the final product, d' mise-en-place, the technique of preparation, cooking method, ingredients involved n the food presentation......n he 'll always encourage us (me, hubby n Mil) to try out those recipes the looks appealing on TV..... n haruslahh ni antara sumber2 menterbabaskan usaha2 utk diet itew...... kalo agak tak reti nak masak gaks we'll go for food hunting.....try to find out restaurant that offered similiar food that's he carve for..... kalo dlm program WARUNG KITA , the TV host akan terjah restaurant yg sedap2 ..... so we done the same thing..... mana2 restaurant yg FAROUK (host warung kita) cakap sedap memang kita attempt tuk gie terjah.....dasat giler influence tv program nih...... yg pasti aku yg hancusssss.....

- walaupon we all nih mmg kaki makan kt kedai but the reality mum's cooking still the best rite????.... luperkan jela niat murni diet mendiet tuhhhh kalo nampak mak2 kita menyinsing lengan n start siang-menyiang raw item for cooking.... in my case both of my mother (mama n mak mertua) mmg super duper power bab2 masakan nih..... mama expert in Northern Cooking while mak pulak mmg power bab2 improvise recipes for more yummylicious food.... fuhhhh mmg terrer.... so kalo diorg masak rasa rugi gilerrrrr tak makan..... haruslarh niat nak diet tuh letak tepi .... kita makannnnnnn dulu.....

- finally my lil' menu dictator ..... aleya.... nih mmmg dasat punyer kuasa..... she'll determine menu of the day n my job .....cooks according to her food choice..... dier nyer selera mmg dasat ....every day must cook different type of food.... tak leh gatal2 nak makan nasi tiap2 ari..... kalo hari nie mee, besok kuey tieow, lusa baru makan nasi, tulat pasta pulak...... selera gajah betoi..... mcm factory cafeteria laks ader menu cycle.... so nak senang kan kerja masak memasak aku , every morning b4 she left to school i'll asked her what she would like to have for lunch n i'll cook according to her menu..... senang cite tak yah pening kepala nak pikir nak masak aper.... cuma susah cket nak masak healthy diet food cam steam, poached, stew or grilled item coz aleya laks tak brapa suka...... again hancusssss lor dietku..

we had launched a campaign to reduced the usage of plastic beg @ our cafe.... diners will get 10% discount for every Western Ala Carte meals (for dine in only) n this promotion not applicable for take away food as to ensure our campaign of minimizing the usage of plastic beg sucessfully.......this promo started last Monday 20 April until 2morrow...

to ensure our campaign successfully we also started purchasing our cafe stock using this ......

yep...... the BIG GREEN BEG..... banned all plastic beg ..... i had 4 of these begs.... pretty convenient, spacious n the most important thing no more plastic beg to carry ur stuff....

finally we plants some green vegetables @ our backyard area to support this campaign ...to consume local organic green sustainable food.....

3 series

Me approaching 3 series in few month..... kinda nervous n terrified thinking any probabilities might faced in early 30's....I'm actually can feel the declining of body metabolism myself.... that's a huge issue for me coz it may lead to adnorminal obesity.... in fact by now my BMI reading freaking me like hell..... I'm fat n overweight n that's totally frightened me ....... takut sgnt memikirkan serious disease or penyakit berangkai that easily attack women above 30 such as kidney problem, high blood pressure, diabetic, heart disease n also cancer..... takuttttt wokeh..... i just undergo BP n Sugar test..... alhamdulilah the result is good .... my BP 100/70 n my sugar level is only 4.3.....so far so good but who knows in future...should prepare mentally n physically....




actually this entry is to persuade @ bodek Mr. Hubby membelikan n mendaftarkan all those things below....things n items that i really need for my health n beauty regime....*wink* *wink*.... plzzzzzz dear....... *ngeh...ngeh....ngeh*

Adam will turns 3 yrs old in 2 weeks time ....so I've big mission for him.... Adam have to 2 wean off when he reach 3..... kinda difficult for me since Adam dislike bottle feed n formula milk.... so how he gonna survive the weaning process..... arggghhhhhhh.....




i won't face any problem during day time.... he could drink anything....plain water, yogurt drink, fresh milk etc using sip pie cup..... but during bedtime he only want latch to my b**bs.....then baru bole doze off..... goshhhhhh....




I've tried so hard to wean off this lil' boy.... dh guna kopi bagi rasa pahit but dia bole merengek2 suruh i basuh my b**bs.... pas tu letak pulak asam jawa coz dia tak suke menda2 masam nih...... dia amik kain pastu basahkan n lap..... eeeiiiiii...kadang2 nk tergelak gaks..... tapi lpas tu rasa kesian sgnt..... mmg tak sampai ati especially midnight.... Adam sanggup x tido selagi tak dapat mimik.....
camne nak buat nihhhhh.....





but I've to forced myself n stopped bf Adam..... in fact dah bf almost 3 years n should stop by now..... yesss i have to find other alternatives to make sure he'll totally wean off.....





by the way now Adam is on potty training.....n so far he's doing quite well..... managed to be diaper less during day time.... i always checking on him every two hours...... Adam n g toilet tak??? n alhamdulilah..... the potty training isn't difficult as weaning him off from bf..... hopefully he managed to wean off soon........ it's a common childhood transitions that I've to cope up.... it won't be easy but insyallah i can do it.......

dah berkurun tak jejak kaki kt KLCC n we stepped back our foot there just for the awesome world of dinosaurs @ Petrosains Dino Trek 2..... great interactive exhibition tho.... went there by LRT n anak2 yg snt jakun cam tak penah nak train......
